    About Me

    My powerlifting journey began in 2013 when I joined The Anvil Gym in Cedar Rapids, IA with the goal to "get big & strong". My first competition was in 2014 as a 123lb/56kg class lifter. I've been climbing my way up the ranks & through multiple weight classes since.

    • Ranked # 5 all-time wrapped at 148
    • Ranked # 12 all-time raw at 165
    • Ushered in multiple federation rule book changes for differently-abled or disabled lifters with the organization, Disabled Girls Who Lift

    10 week powerlifiting program

    10 week powerlifiting program

    $25.00
    This 10 week powerlifting program will take you through a higher volume phase & then a strength focused phase. This is a program you can run in the off season. The program is 4 days a week. Please note rest days are intended for REST (go for a walk or do something low impact, but do not add in more lifts).

    Specialty bars used in this program: safety squat bar, but it can be swapped for straight bar.

    14 week powerlifting program

    14 week powerlifting program

    $30.00
    This 14 week powerlifting program will take you through a hypertrophy phase, a strength phase & finally a peaking phase. You will be able to test your new maxes on squat, bench & deadlift at the completion of this. The program is 4 days a week. Please note rest days are intended for REST (go for a walk or do something low impact, but do not add in more lifts).

    I've had lifters add 50-60+lbs to their total with this program.
